Elevated Vulnerability of Chronic Leukemia Patients to COVID-19 Infection: A Systems Biology Approach

چکیده
Abstract Background Emerging evidence has shown that SARS-CoV-2 may affect the circulatory system in addition to human respiratory system. However, no study indicated whether patients with leukemia have a greater likelihood of infection or poor treatment outcomes. Objective The aimed demonstrate relationship between essential blood proteins and major by network pharmacology bioinformatics analysis. Methods Bioinformatics analysis was used establish eight differentially expressed gene hubs through differential screening, protein–protein interaction analysis, enrichment Molecular docking also conducted dock two up-regulated spike glycoprotein critical protease enzyme (Mpro) SARS-CoV-2. Results We identified genes (PTPRC BCL6) among genes. PTPRC BCL6 docked perfectly main structural proteins. Conclusion Recommendation This indicates is likely chronic leukemia. Therefore, require medical attention precautions during COVID-19 pandemic.

Severe acute respiratory syndrome-coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) that causes COVID-19 could progress to acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). The immune cells' migration in response to virus lead to cell death by releasing oxidizing free radicals. These oxidizing free radicals mediate NF-κB activation and induce transcription of cytokine-producing genes that eventually a cytokine storm ensues...
